It was created by my people. Rather, the earliest ancestors of my people. It was one of the sole reasons why they were banished to the Twilight Realm. They invoked Majora and created a ceremonial mask for use in their rituals, even basing most of their spells and magic off of those of the deity. Have you taken a look at the Fused Shadows, Link? Have you noted similarities?

The mask disappeared shortly after the Trigoddesses exiled us. I have no idea how it wound up in Termina. I'm...sorry for not telling you two sooner.
